| Design a secure Network Operations Center and integrate into existing Call Center systems to support remote maintenance and monitoring. | Loricca produced a system design supporting the remote maintenance, monitoring, and security objectives. This design included database design, data models, data dictionaries, defining communication protocols, and all architecture recommendations. Loricca also produced an implementation plan which included updated work procedures and process maps from old to new, resource reallocation, training, schedules, and required migration activities from the existing to the new support system. |
| Assist financial sector client in establishing information security regulatory compliance with FFIEC and ISO 17799 standards. | Loricca performed a comprehensive assessment determine deficiencies in current systems, procedures and policies. Loricca then developed policy & procedures including, Business Continuity Plan, Acceptable Use Policy, Change Management Standards, Code of Conduct, Data Classification parameters, Incidence Response Plan, and a Physical Security Plan. |
